FAQ

Where is your office located?

My office is near the 101 Loop and Shea Blvd.

8520 E. Shea BoulevardScottsdale, AZ 85260

Do you work evenings?

Yes! I do offer some evening availabilities to accommodate individual schedules.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens and unpreventable situations pop-up. I’m a mom, and I know how unpredictable life can be.

You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the session. This gives me time to offer it to someone on my wait list.

If I do not have 24 hours’ advanced notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee (standard rate of session).

Do you offer Zoom or phone sessions?

I do! If you are out of town or I am out of town for an extended period, I will often make myself available via zoom/phone sessions. I also offer Zoom sessions to California residents looking for therapy services.

I believe continuity of care is important and do my best to offer my services, even when one of us cannot make it to the office.

Who are your clients?

I work with adult men and women who are wanting to live their best life and are feeling blocked.

I treat anxiety, depression, codependency, relationship issues, stress, difficult life transitions, and self-esteem issues. I also offer parenting support and psychoeducation.

My life isn’t “falling off the rails,” but I still could use some feedback/support. Is therapy appropriate for that?

Yes! Taking preventative measures in therapy BEFORE our life is in chaos is a great idea. Therapy often works best when we have a clearer mind and aren’t in crisis.

Are you just going to sit and listen to me while I complain?

No. There will be listening and support as well as feedback, helpful directives, self-examination, and learning new techniques.

I will play an active role in facilitating an environment, where you have the greatest opportunity for growth and healing.

Ketamine Questions: How much do Ketamine Sessions Cost and How is it administered?

I offer both individual and group ketamine sessions. Group sessions are 3 hours long and cost $300 per session. We recommend a total of 6 sessions over two to three weeks for maximum benefit. The Board Certified Physician that Kelly collaborates with charges $200 for the initial consultation to ensure Ketamine is a good and safe fit for clients based on their physical and mental health.

Kelly offers individual Ketamine sessions at a rate of $725 per session. Sessions are 3 hours long and include therapeutic preparation and processing along with the ketamine administration.

Ketamine is administered by the client sublingually with a Ketamine Troche. We have found this method very effective in working therapeutically with individuals.

What is your session rate?

My typical standard rate is $225 per 50 minute session or $335 per 90 minute session.

I do not work directly with any insurance companies. I do take HSA cards and am able to provide Superbills.

Can I ask you more questions about the therapy process when we meet?

Absolutely! During our first session or initial phone consult, I am open to answering any of your questions about how I work and the therapeutic process.
